At the Executive Committee meeting on 24th September 2025, we addressed several matters that we hope will strengthen the work of the Anglican-Lutheran Society. There were participants from six different countries. New, concrete plans were made for engaging with younger members, meaning young adults under the age of 35. Social media issues were clarified and, with the help of a new Social Media Policy, we hope our presence on various platforms will be more effective in the future.

We also received reports on Anglican-Lutheran and wider ecumenical activities, primarily in Europe and North America. In this regard, the National Coordinators continue to be an indispensable resource and a devoted group of ecumenists for the Society.

The programmes of upcoming events were further discussed: the Annual Meeting and Seminar in London on 7th March 2026, and the biennial conference in Hamburg, Germany, from 11th to 15th September 2026. More information will be published in the next issue of The Window newsletter, which will come out in October.
